近年来,法学界有同志建议增设暂缓起诉制度,以便建立和完善我国的刑事诉讼制度。笔者认为:这一建议符合我国的司法实践,具有一定的可行性,它有利于更好地发挥检察机关的职能作用,惩治犯罪,搞好社会治安综合治理,为我国改革开放、加速经济建设和社会稳定服务。下面笔者就增设暂缓起诉制度作些探讨: In recent years, some comrades in jurisprudence have suggested adding a system of detention and prosecution in order to establish and perfect the criminal procedure system in our country. The author believes that this proposal is in line with China’s judicial practice and has certain feasibility. It is conducive to giving full play to the functions of procuratorial organs, punishing crimes and improving the comprehensive administration of public order and security so as to serve the reform and opening up in our country, speed up economic construction and Social stability services.
