通过总结我国城市医院急诊科的设施现状及SARS期间的教训,提出了急诊科建筑上的失无不足造成的传染病传播问题应予以足够的重视。并就急诊科的建筑机构与医疗流程设置如何符合防治传染病的要求提出了建设性意见。
By summarizing the status quo of facilities in the emergency department of urban hospitals in China and the lessons learned during the SARS period, it is proposed that adequate attention should be paid to the spread of infectious diseases caused by lack of defects in the building of emergency departments. It also put forward constructive suggestions on how the construction organization and medical procedures of the emergency department meet the requirements for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.
