众所周知,楼市牛市行情已经过去。中国经济的发展需要平稳健康的房地产市场,而中国房地产市场健康发展也离不开平稳的经济增长。因此,在当前国内经济紧缩的背景下,我们也应该以一种理性的态度和全局的视野来看待房地产市场相关政策措施的出台。当前房地产市场低迷,政府也在不失时机地出台一系列相关政策,以期提振市场信心,促进房地产市场的健康发展。
