目的:观察自拟丹桂通络汤熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效.方法:将64例2型糖尿痛并发周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例,对照组予控制血糖、营养神经等一般常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予自拟丹桂通络汤熏洗治疗,10d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察患者临床症状的变化、肢体末端感觉情况及运动神经的传导情况.结果:治疗组改善下肢末端血运和肢端感觉如麻木、发凉、疼痛等主客观症状优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:自拟丹桂通络汤熏洗能较好地改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者临床痘状以及运动、自主神经功能,临床疗效优于单纯西药对照组.“,”Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Dangui Tongluo decoction fumigation in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:The 64 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,32 cases in each.The control group was treated with routine treatment such as blood sugar and nutrition nerve,and the treatment group was given Dangui Tongluo decoction fumigation treatment based on routine treatment to control blood glucose plus nerve nutrition,10 days for a course of treatment.After 2 courses of treatment,the changes of clinical symptoms in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,feeling situation and motor nerve conduction were observed.Results:The treatment group showed better effect on improving the blood circulation of lower limbs and limb numbness,cold,pain and other subjective and objective symptoms than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Dangui Tongluo decoction fumigation can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and improve exercise and autonomic nervous function;the clinical curative effect is better than that of simple western medicine control group.
