果树防病常须大量硫酸铜,而现有分析硫酸铜的方法对含硫酸亚铁过多的劣质硫酸铜滴定终点不明显。作者经过试验,提出一个新的速测法,可用于农村等条件不具备的单位,能快速、准确得其基本含量。其原理是CuSO_4·5H_2O溶于水后,加浓氨水,应显Cu(NH_3)_4~(2+)络离子的纯兰色;而其中的杂质Fe~(++)在碱性条件下则显深黑色。测定方法是:首先配好硫酸铜-硫酸亚铁6级色阶标准
