一、原理特性:螺旋扫描CT,就是在扫描的同时,患者随扫描床连续等速移动,而X线球管和探测器组则相当于电机的转子,不停地围绕患者的“感兴趣区”(Range of interesting)作快速连续360°旋转,同时探测器组连续采集数据,如此连续扫描若干周后,其结果是球管对“感兴趣区”体表的扫描轨迹呈一螺旋形路径。故称为螺旋扫描CT(Hdical/Spiral Scanning CT),X线球管所经历的螺旋形路径形成一个圆柱形容积,探测器所获得的数据即为该容积内的全部信息。故又称为螺旋容积扫描CT(Helical/Spiral Volumetric Scanning CT)。
