本文分析了为调速直流电机驱动提供限流保护的两种基本方法。最普通的方法为电流调节器,它是一个由包含在速率控制环路中的电流调节闭环所组成的双闭环系统。交替的方式是正常运行时采用速率控制的插入系统,限流器只有当电枢电流超过整定值时才起控制作用。本文对有关此专题的原有文章进行评论,并进而描述一种新的插入型系统。其响应速度极高,因而典型的三相全控桥式整流器中的电流被高度精确地限制在六分之一周波内。并给出了对一台50马力电机进行的试验结果。
This paper analyzes two basic approaches to provide current-limit protection for speed-regulating DC motor drives. The most common method is a current regulator, which is a double closed-loop system consisting of current-regulating closed-loop included in the rate control loop. The alternative is to use a rate-controlled insertion system during normal operation, and the current limiter controls only when the armature current exceeds the set value. This article reviews previous articles on this topic and then describes a new plug-in system. With its extremely high response speed, the current in a typical three-phase fully controlled bridge rectifier is limited to one-sixth of a cycle with high accuracy. The test results of a 50 horsepower motor are given.
