1986-1991年,将大豆孢囊线虫3号生理小种在哈尔滨小黑豆等抗病品种上连续强迫繁殖9-10代,重新鉴定选择后的线虫群体的生理小种类型。在哈尔滨小黑豆上选择的线虫群体发生明显的变异,变为2号生理小种,在长粒黑上的线虫群体变为4号小种,在Peking上的线虫群体变为14号小种,在Franklin上的线虫群体变为13号小种,而在Lee 68上繁殖的线虫群体仍为3号小种。在抗病品种上选择后的线虫群体的致病力均明显增强。
From 1986 to 1991, the race of soybean cyst nematode No. 3 was continuously forcibly propagated for 9-10 generations on resistant varieties such as Harbin black bean, and the physiological races of the selected nematode population were re-identified.
