生物模板仿生合成的介孔磷酸锆通过表征测试证明有良好的性能。以革兰氏阳性菌(G+)、革兰氏阴性菌(G-)和酵母属真菌等10种微生物作为供试菌,抑菌圈试验(定性)和细胞总数测定实验(定量)作为实验方法研究了介孔磷酸锆的抗菌性,并探讨影响其抗菌性的因素和抗菌机理。实验结果显示,介孔磷酸锆对其中的8种菌具有明显的抑菌效果,但对各种菌的抗菌能力表现差异性。说明介孔磷酸锆具有较好的广谱抗菌性,将有广阔的应用前景。
