现代海军水面舰艇一般都装备有多种反舰导弹防御武器系统,包括软杀伤系统和硬杀伤系统,对己方舰艇有较大的安全保障。水面舰艇和水下潜艇却缺少非常可靠的反鱼雷武器进行自卫,加之高威胁、高速鱼雷及其战斗部装药等技术的发展,使得鱼雷给海军舰艇构成的威胁越来越大。采用现代尖端技术的鱼雷攻击性强,防御难度大,使得现役海军舰艇缺乏有效的自卫措施这一问题显得非常突出。如果攻击方使用它们发动攻击,防守方将面临极为严峻的情况,防守方的舰艇上几乎没有一种绝对可靠的现役反鱼雷拦截武器,特别是在对付航速超过200节的超空泡鱼雷的攻击方面令人担忧。所以,为海军舰艇研制出新型超空泡射弹及其火炮武器系统来与之抗衡迫在眉睫。我们认为有必要对攻击性鱼雷的基本特性进行分析,进而探讨防御鱼雷攻击的超空泡射弹技术及其火炮系统的发展。
