事故经过如下:南通某厂先有一台8ASJ—170压缩机发生倒霜,油压不上,机器不能启动。操作工准备开启另一台8ASJ—170压缩机抽空。由于操作工疏忽,开启该机时,一级吸气阀开得过快使该机又发生倒霜。操作工用该机排除倒霜事故,把能量调节装置调为1:1,立即关闭一级吸气阀和二级吸气阀。机器运行不到7分钟,突忽听到曲轴箱内“叭叭”放鞭炮声。操作工紧急停机,放掉曲轴箱内油,发现油比较粘稠且含有一定的氨液。但未发现有水迹现象,换上新油再开机,油压正常。运行5分钟左右发现曲轴箱内油位下降,并看到曲轴箱的冷却水出水处有油污现象。停下压缩机,拆下曲轴箱的侧盖,拿
