目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点,为临床合理用药提供依据,提高本院的合理用药水平。方法:对镇江市中医院2005年至2007年收集的206例临床不良反应报告进行统计分析。结果:206例临床ADR涉及的药品中以抗菌药占首位,女性患者发生率高于男性患者,给药方式以静脉注射为主,ADR最常见临床表现为对皮肤及其附件的损害。结论:ADR监测对促进合理用药,保证用药安全,起到重要作用。
Objective: To understand the characteristics of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in our hospital, provide the basis for clinical rational drug use, and improve the reasonable medication level in our hospital. Methods: A total of 206 clinical adverse reactions collected in Zhenjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2005 to 2007 were analyzed statistically. Results: Among 206 drugs involved in clinical ADR, antibacterial drugs took the first place. The incidence of female patients was higher than that of male patients. The intravenous injection was the main mode of administration. The most common clinical manifestation of ADR was the damage to the skin and its appendages. Conclusion: ADR monitoring plays an important role in promoting rational drug use and ensuring drug safety.
