在白墙灰瓦、小桥流水的古城绍兴,在有着婉约、秀美古色古香建筑风格的绍兴饭店,律师、工程师、房地产评估师正在共商建筑房地产法律服务发展大计。近年来,我国城市建设进入了鼎盛发展时期,建筑房地产行业已成为国民经济重要的增长点。在城市化进程加快及房地产市场品牌化发展的背景下,我国房地产业将持续发展,从而为建筑房地产法律服务提供了更广阔的发展空间。我们看到,在建筑房地产发展过程中,也出现一系列不容忽视的问题。建设工程问题,涉及群众利益、集体利益,甚至是国家的长远利益,备受各界关注。但是,建筑工程中的质量问题,工期问题等都属专业问题,需专业人员的评估、鉴定,因此如何将建筑房地产法律事务和相应的司法鉴定结合起来,规范建筑房地产中的法律操作和司法鉴定业务,已成为司法界的当务之急。
