目的观察重症急性胰腺炎及乌司他丁干预时B淋巴细胞、IgG、IgM、IgA的变化。方法SD大鼠随机分为假手术组(F组),SAP组及药物治疗组(W组)。SAP组及W组大鼠经胰管注入5%牛磺胆酸钠0.11ml/100g,制备SAP大鼠模型,W组大鼠开腹后轻轻翻动胰腺后关腹。然后W组经颈静脉给予乌司他丁1000U/100g,F组及SAP组颈静脉输注生理盐水1ml/100g。检测术后1、2、6、12、24h血B淋巴细胞百分比率及血清IgG、IgM、IgA含量及乌司他丁干预时的变化。结果SAP时B淋巴细胞百分比率、IgG、IgM、IgA含量明显降低(P<0.01);乌司他丁6h治疗组的B淋巴细胞百分比率及IgG、IgM、IgA含量均分别明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论SAP时大鼠体液免疫功能减退,乌司他丁可明显提高SAP大鼠体液免疫力。
Objective To observe the changes of B lymphocyte, IgG, IgM and IgA in severe acute pancreatitis and ulinastatin intervention. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (F group), SAP group and drug treatment group (W group). The rats in SAP group and W group were injected with 5% sodium taurocholate 0.11ml / 100g through the pancreatic duct to prepare SAP rat model. Then W group was injected with ulinastatin 1000U / 100g through the jugular vein, F group and SAP group jugular vein infusion of saline 1ml / 100g. The percentage of blood B lymphocytes and serum IgG, IgM and IgA levels at 1, 2, 6, 12 and 24 h after operation were measured and the changes of ulinastatin were also observed. Results The percentages of B lymphocytes, IgG, IgM and IgA in SAP group were significantly decreased (P <0.01). The percentages of B lymphocytes and the contents of IgG, IgM and IgA in 6-g ulinastatin group were significantly increased (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion The humoral immune function of rats decreased when SAP was administered. Ulinastatin significantly increased humoral immunity in SAP rats.
