高级船员是航运企业的核心人才,随着市场经济的发展,高级船员的流失严重。本文在对高级船员流失现象进行分析的基础上,提出解决船员流失的对策。
Senior seafarers are the core talents of shipping enterprises. With the development of market economy, the loss of senior officers is serious. Based on the analysis of the loss of senior officers, this paper proposes the solution to the loss of crew members.
