为解决故障模式与影响分析(FMEA)无法定量描述故障模式发生概率的问题,提出了一种基于FMEA的3层贝叶斯网络拓扑结构——CFE(Cause Failure Effect)型贝叶斯诊断网络,利用FMEA中“故障原因”、“故障模式”、“故障影响”间的关系来确定诊断网络的拓扑结构,以表示系统故障间的因果性和层次性,并采用贝叶斯网络诊断决策技术求解故障模式发生的概率,为确诊故障提供理论依据。
In order to solve the problem that failure mode and influence analysis (FMEA) can not quantitatively describe the failure probability of a failure mode, a 3-layer Bayesian network topology based on FMEA is proposed - Bayesian Diagnostic Network (CAF) The topological structure of the diagnostic network is determined using the relationship between “cause of fault”, “fault mode”, “fault effect” in FMEA to indicate the causal and hierarchical nature of the system fault and to use Bayeux Si network diagnostic decision-making technology to solve the probability of failure mode, to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis of failure.
