目的探讨颌面部间隙感染脓肿形成行超声引导下治疗的临床价值。方法 1998年1月2008年10月,对56例颌面部间隙感染患者在超声引导下定位、穿刺、抽液并用抗生素冲洗治疗。结果 56例颌面部间隙感染患者超声引导治疗,术后随访,有效率100%。结论在超声引导下治疗颌面部间隙感染创伤小,不留瘢痕,疗效肯定,且操作简便,并发症少,费用少,是一种值得提倡的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided treatment of maxillofacial interspace infection abscess formation. Methods From January 1998 to October 2008, 56 patients with maxillofacial interspace infection were located, punctured, drained and treated with antibiotics by ultrasound guidance. Results 56 cases of maxillofacial space infection in patients with ultrasound-guided treatment, follow-up, the effective rate of 100%. Conclusion The treatment of maxillofacial space infection under ultrasound guidance is less invasive and does not leave scars. The curative effect is definite, and the operation is simple, the complication is less and the cost is less, which is worth to advocate.
