采用VIS ,ICP及酶活性测定等方法 ,研究铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(Cu2 Zn2 SOD)与精氨酸钴 (Ⅱ ) (Co(Arg) n)的直接相互作用以及外加精氨酸钴(Ⅱ )的量、溶液 pH值对此类相互作用的影响 .结果发现 :在水溶液中原酶活性中心处的Zn(Ⅱ )离子可被外加的精氨酸钴 (Ⅱ )部分诱导、交换出来 ,而溶液中外加Co(Arg) n 中的Co(Ⅱ )进入酶的活性中心 ,形成“Co—SOD”酶衍生物 ,并相应影响酶的催化活性 .与此同时 ,外加精氨酸钴 (Ⅱ )的量、溶液 pH值对此类相互作用的进行有重要影响
The direct interaction between copper and zinc superoxide dismutase (Cu2Zn2 SOD) and cobalt arginine (Co (Arg) n) and the addition of arginine cobalt (Ⅱ) and the effect of solution pH on this kind of interaction were investigated. The results showed that the Zn (Ⅱ) ion at the active site of the original enzyme in aqueous solution could be partially induced and exchanged by the added cobalt (Ⅱ) arginate, Co (Arg) n Co (Arg) n in the solution into the active center of the enzyme, forming a “Co-SOD” enzyme derivatives, and correspondingly affect the catalytic activity of the enzyme at the same time, plus arginine cobalt Ⅱ), the pH value of the solution has an important influence on the interaction of these kinds of interactions
