班主任与学生的关系是一个永远值得思考的话题,不管是过去、现在还是将来,它都有被人们进行探索。本文试从小学班主任的角度出发,结合小学生群体的特殊性,探讨小学班主任与学生和谐关系的内涵、如何建构和谐的小学班主任与学生关系。
The relationship between the head teacher and the student is a topic that is always worth thinking about, and it has been explored by people whether in the past, in the present or in the future. This article tries to explore the connotation of primary school teacher and students’ harmonious relationship and how to construct a harmonious primary school teacher and student relationship from the perspective of primary school teacher.
