本文依据第三次全国经济普查提供的数据资料,以2013年为观测年份,探讨工业外资企业的发展现状,以及外资企业在行业和区域的分布状况,并从经营效率、税负压力、出口倾向、科技投入、劳动报酬等方面比较外资企业和内资企业的发展状况,分析外资企业的优势所在以及对中国经济的影响。基于技术溢出效应的视角,利用规模以上工业数据分析外资企业对中国经济的影响效应,研究结果表明外资企业对内资企业的正向技术溢出效应还不够明显。
Based on the data provided by the Third National Economic Census, this paper discusses the status quo of the development of industrial foreign-funded enterprises and the distribution of foreign-funded enterprises in industries and regions based on the data collected in the Third National Economic Census in 2013. From the aspects of operational efficiency, tax burden, export tendency , Investment in science and technology, labor remuneration and other aspects of the development of foreign-funded enterprises and domestic-funded enterprises to analyze the advantages of foreign-funded enterprises and the impact on China’s economy. Based on the perspective of technology spillover effect, this paper analyzes the effect of FIEs on the Chinese economy based on the above-mentioned industrial data. The results show that the positive spillover effects of FIEs on domestic FIEs are not significant enough.
