施工企业是从事建筑商品生产经营的企业。由于建筑商品和建筑商品生产经营中存在的一些固有特点,使得施工企业管理比一般工业企业管理更加复杂,因而企业上层决策的科学性和及时性问题就显得更为突出。在社会主义市场经济条件下,企业在竞争中的地位越来越多地依赖企业的技术能力和经营管理水平,尤其是企业的科学决策能力。施工企业经理决策辅助系统的开发研究,就是基于这样一种现实进行的。
Construction companies are enterprises engaged in the production and operation of construction commodities. Due to the inherent characteristics in the production and operation of construction commodities and construction commodities, the management of construction enterprises is more complicated than the management of general industrial enterprises. Therefore, the scientific and timely issues of the upper-level decision-making of enterprises are more prominent. The development and research of the decision support system for construction company managers is based on such a reality.
