用三种不同方法提取的抗体IgG与辣根过氧化物酶按戊二醛一步法和二步法制备酶标抗体。酶标抗体经免疫化学和免疫组织化学鉴定,初步认为可供光学显微镜检出细胞内病毒和立克次体抗原应用。乙型脑炎病毒感染小白鼠脑石蜡切片间接法酶标抗体染色的结果表明:脑干神经核和皮层海马回等部位的感染神经元的胞体、轴突及树突内均可检出棕黄色颗粒样抗原-抗体反应沉淀物。斑点热立克次体自然感染蜱血淋巴涂片的直接法和间接法酶标抗体染色均显示阳性反应。
Antibodies IgG and horseradish peroxidase extracted by three different methods were prepared by glutaraldehyde one-step and two-step enzyme-labeled antibody. The enzyme-labeled antibody was identified by immunochemistry and immunohistochemistry, and was initially considered to be suitable for the detection of intracellular viruses and rickettsial antigens by light microscopy. Japanese encephalitis virus infected mice paraffin sections indirect ELISA enzyme staining results show that: brain stem cells and cortex hippocampus and other parts of infected neurons soma, axons and dendrites can be detected within the brown Granular antigen-antibody reaction precipitate. Spotted fever ricketts naturally infected tick tick hemolymph smear direct and indirect ELISA enzyme antibody staining showed a positive reaction.
