介绍了在 Z G Mn13 钢和 U71 Mn 钢表面进行等离子弧堆焊获得梯度过渡层后, 利用闪光焊方法将两者对焊。 Z G Mn13 钢热影响区碳化物的析出和热裂纹的形成受到抑制, U71 Mn 钢热影响区内无马氏体出现, 焊接接头的各项力学性能优异。表明, 利用等离子弧堆焊结合闪光对焊工艺方法是实现 Z G Mn13 钢辙叉和 U71 Mn 钢钢轨焊接的有效方法。
Introduced the plasma arc surfacing of ZGMn13 steel and U71Mn steel surface to obtain a gradient transition layer, the use of flash welding method of the two butt welding. The precipitation of carbides and the formation of hot cracks in the heat-affected zone of ZGMn13 steel were suppressed. No martensite appeared in the heat-affected zone of U71Mn steel, and various mechanical properties of welded joints were excellent. The results show that the plasma arc surfacing combined with flash butt welding is an effective method to weld ZG Mn13 frog and U71 Mn steel rail.
