介绍了DD3单晶叶片的蠕变计算分析方法 ,并用非线性有限元程序ANSYS对某型号发动机的涡轮叶片作了蠕变计算。同时分析了单晶材料的工程常数对蠕变的应力、蠕变应变和位移的影响 ,并与国外相应的单晶材料的计算结果作了对比分析。从计算结果分析说明DD3材料的单晶叶片抗蠕变性能是优异的。这对单晶叶片的选材和设计有其重要参考价值。
The creep calculation and analysis method of DD3 single crystal blade is introduced. And the creep of turbine blade of a certain type of engine is calculated by the non-linear finite element program ANSYS. At the same time, the effects of engineering constants of single crystal materials on creep stress, creep strain and displacement were analyzed. The results of single crystal materials were compared with those of foreign ones. The analysis of the results shows that the DD3 material has excellent creep resistance. This single crystal leaf material selection and design of its important reference value.
