将米索前列醇(下称米索)用于晚期妊娠引产.并与静滴催产素引产组做对照。结果显示.米索组24小时引产成功率及缩短潜伏期效果均优于对照组(P<0.01).且母婴安全。认为其方法简便.不增加孕妇痛苦.有推广应用价值。
Misoprostol (hereinafter referred to as misoprostol) for late pregnancy induction of labor and intravenous oxytocin induction of labor as a control group. The results showed that misoprostol 24 h induction of labor success rate and shortened incubation period were better than the control group (P <0.01), and maternal and child safety. Think its method is simple.Do not increase the pain of pregnant woman.Has promoted the application value.
