对乐果乳剂包装工所受职业危害进行了调查。结果表明包装工不但受到有机磷的危害,而且还受到苯的危害。神经系统和造血系统的损害程度、细胞免疫水平下降程度以及外周血淋巴细胞微核检出率均比单纯接触苯的喷油漆工严重,提示了苯与乐果的联合作用。 Occupational hazards to the dimethoate packagers were investigated. The results show that the packer is not only endangered by organophosphorus but also endangered by benzene. The extent of damage to the nervous system and hematopoietic system, the degree of cellular immunity decline and the detection rate of peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus are more serious than that of benzene-only spray painter, suggesting the combined action of benzene and dimethoate.
