目的观察正常人摄入紫菜后,尿中不同形态砷化物随时间的排泄规律。方法收集24名受试者(14名男性,10名女性)食入紫菜后72h内不同时点的尿液,采用高效液相色谱-氢化物发生-原子荧光分光光度法(HPLC-HG-AFS)检测尿中砷代谢产物的形态与浓度。结果在食用紫菜后72h内,与食用紫菜前比较,男性除第1和48h外,尿中iAs浓度均显著增高(P<0.05);除第1和12h外,尿中一甲基胂酸(MMA)浓度显著增高(P<0.05);第1~72h尿中二甲基胂酸(DMA)浓度显著增高(P<0.05);女性受试者食用紫菜后,除第3、5和48h外,尿中iAs浓度明显增高(P<0.05);除第5和12h,尿中MMA浓度均显著增高(P<0.05);第1~72h尿中DMA浓度均有显著增高(P<0.05)。食用紫菜后,女性尿中DMA浓度显著高于男性。结论摄入相同剂量紫菜后女性尿中DMA浓度显著高于男性,并且DMA浓度随时间先升高后降低。
Objective To observe the regularity of excretion of different forms of arsenic in urine with lapse of time after ingestion of laver. Methods Twenty-four urine samples from 24 subjects (10 males and 10 females) were collected at different time points after inoculation into seaweed. The urine samples were collected by high performance liquid chromatography-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HPLC-HG-AFS ) Detection of urinary arsenic metabolites in the form and concentration. Results In 72 h after inoculation, compared with before eating seaweed, in addition to the first and 48 h in men, urinary iAs concentrations were significantly increased (P <0.05); except for 1 and 12 h, the urinary methylarsonic acid ( MMA) significantly increased (P <0.05); the concentrations of urinary dimethylarsinic acid (DMA) in the first 72 h were significantly increased (P <0.05); after the female subjects took the laver, except the 3rd, 5th and 48th hours (P <0.05). The concentration of urinary MMA increased significantly (P <0.05) on the 5th and 12th hour, and the urinary DMA concentration increased markedly on the 1st to 72th hour (P <0.05). After eating seaweed, women’s urinary DMA concentrations were significantly higher than men. Conclusion Urinary DMA concentrations in women with the same dose of laver were significantly higher than those in men, and DMA concentrations increased first and then decreased with time.
