用人-机对话方式,以听觉信息处理速度(IPS)为指标,进行与年龄相关的听觉认知速度变慢的初步研究。被试者为150名20~72岁身体健康的医务人员。结果显示:40岁以后,IPS随增龄而变小,听觉正确辨别时(RT)则随增龄而延长;IPS及RT与年龄间呈线性函数关系,前者呈负相关,后者呈正相关。因此,在临床上IPS及RT有可能被作为老年听力减退及中枢认知功能的评价方法之一。
Using the man-machine dialogue method, auditory information processing speed (IPS) was used as an index to conduct a preliminary study on the slowness of age-related auditory cognition. The subjects were 150 health workers aged 20-72. The results showed that after 40 years of age, IPS decreased with increasing age, while correct hearing (RT) increased with age. IPS and RT had a linear relationship with age, while the former had a negative correlation with the latter with a positive correlation. Therefore, clinical IPS and RT may be used as one of the evaluation methods of senile hearing loss and central cognitive function.
