近年来,美、英、瑞典、日本等国都陆续发表了有关饮水的硬度与某些心血管病死亡率之间关系的研究报告,为心血管病病因研究提供了一个新的方面。我国在克山病发病原因的调查、研究过程中,有些资料表明克山病病区的饮用水大都硬度较低,病区居民也有“水软易得病”的说法。为了了解水质与心血管疾病方面的关系,根据“古为今用,洋为中用”的方针,我们查阅了一些有关的国外文献资料,整理如下。
In recent years, the United States, Britain, Sweden, Japan and other countries have published a study on the relationship between hardness of drinking water and some cardiovascular mortality, providing a new aspect for the study of the cause of cardiovascular disease. In the investigation and study of the causes of Keshan disease in our country, some data indicate that most of the drinking water in Keshan disease wards is low in hardness, and the residents in ward also have the idea of “water is soft and easy to get sick”. In order to understand the relationship between water quality and cardiovascular disease, according to the principle of “using the past as the present and using the foreign as the intermediate”, we consulted a number of relevant foreign documents and summarized them as follows.
