黑龙江第十三届金秋粮食交易暨产业合作洽谈会于2016年9月22日在哈尔滨市国际会展体育中心举行,来自28个省市的政府代表团和全国各地的粮食贸易和加工企业代表共2300余人云集于此,进行粮食商品展销、贸易洽谈。河南省粮食局局长赵启林、副局长乔心冰率河南省代表团参加了本届洽谈会。开幕式上,河南省粮食局与黑龙江省粮食局签订了《关于建立友好合作关系共同促进粮食加工产业发展
The 13th Golden Autumn Grain Trade and Industry Cooperation Fair in Heilongjiang was held at the International Convention and Exhibition Sports Center in Harbin on September 22, 2016 with a total of 2300 representatives of government delegations from 28 provinces and cities and grain trade and processing enterprises across the country More people gathered here for food commodities exhibitions, trade talks.
