采用SIMA法制备了ZCuSn10锡青铜等轴晶试样,然后进行450℃保温15min后自由锻或室温2道次、4道次轧制,最后在800℃和850℃保温10min后水淬处理。将SIMA法制备的合金组织与铸态直接重熔保温后水淬和常规退火处理的ZCuSn10锡青铜组织进行了比较。结果表明,采用SIMA法能获得共析组织不超过16%的ZCuSn10锡青铜等轴晶组织,相比常规退火及铸态直接重熔工艺,其平均晶粒直径从250~300μm减小到80~90μm,形状因子从1.97减小到1.75;用SIMA法制备ZCuSn10锡青铜等轴晶组织,预变形过程对晶粒细化及球化起到了关键作用,随着预变形量和重熔保温温度提高,ZCuSn10锡青铜组织晶粒尺寸减小,圆整度提高,共析组织比例增加。
ZCuSn10 tin bronze equiaxed grains were prepared by SIMA method and then subjected to free-forging or room-temperature two passes and four passes at 450 ℃ for 15min and finally quenched at 800 ℃ and 850 ℃ for 10min. The microstructure of the alloy prepared by SIMA method was compared with that of ZCuSn10 tin bronze, which was quenched by direct remelting and as-cast, and quenched by conventional annealing. The results show that ZCuSn10 tin bronze equiaxed microstructure with eutectoid structure no more than 16% can be obtained by SIMA method. Compared with the conventional annealing and as - cast direct remelting process, the average grain size decreases from 250 ~ 300μm to 80 ~ 90μm, and the shape factor decreased from 1.97 to 1.75. The equiaxed ZCuSn10 tin bronze structure was prepared by SIMA method. The pre-deformation process played a key role in grain refinement and spheroidization. With the pre-deformation and remelting holding temperature , ZCuSn10 tin bronze structure grain size decreases, roundedness increased, the proportion of eutectoid tissue increased.
