This paper establishes a bi-objective parameter that identifies marginal productive and vulnerable lands in the Minnesota State Investment (RIM) program. This parameter is based on the productivity index (PI) and resistance index (RI), the PI value is determined by the nature of the soil that determines the root growth environment and the RI value is determined by the loss of productivity of a soil Sexual and erosion potential is calculated when these two parameters are combined in a double-graded manner. We used it to identify four levels of land. Based on the exponential distribution across the state, the division of these levels is flexible and information on the critical topographic factors provided by each county helps determine the location of the target land. Using this bi-objective parameter and the parameters based on allowable soil loss values, we obtained the results, by comparison, significant differences between plots were the goals of both studies.
