广东阳江市闸坡网箱养殖区弧菌耐药性分析

对分离自广东省阳江市闸坡网箱养殖区的88株弧菌进行鉴定和药物敏感性实验。菌株通过16S序列比对法进行鉴定,结果显示:88株弧菌分别属于不同的13个种,其中12种弧菌有引起水产动物疾病的报道;药物敏感性试验通过纸片扩散法(K-B method)进行,药敏实验结果显示,本实验的弧菌对10种药物中8种的耐药率高于50%,只有对氯霉素耐药率较低(5%),并且菌株都具有多重耐药的性质。 88 Vibrio isolated from Zhapo cage culture area in Yangjiang City of Guangdong Province were identified and drug sensitivity experiments. The strains were identified by 16S sequence alignment. The results showed that 88 strains of Vibrio belonged to 13 different species, of which 12 species were reported to cause aquatic animal diseases. Drug susceptibility tests were performed by KB method ). The results of drug susceptibility test showed that Vibrio cholerae in this experiment had a resistance rate of more than 50% to 8 of the 10 drugs, only a low resistance rate to chloramphenicol (5%) and the strains had multiple Resistance to the nature.
