本文报告以中医辨证为主中西医结合治疗方法及以皮质激素治疗为主的西医治疗方法治疗葡萄膜炎共46例79眼。中西医结合组共22例37眼,西医治疗组共24例42眼。结果总有效率:中西医组为91.8%,西医组为66.6%。门诊追踪半年到一年,中西组33眼中复发者13眼,占39.4%,西医组22眼中复发者19眼,占86.4%,提示中西医结合治疗较单纯西医治疗为优。
This article reports the treatment of uveitis based on syndrome differentiation based on traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment and corticosteroid-based Western medicine treatment of 46 cases of 79 eyes. A total of 22 cases of Integrative Medicine group 37 eyes, Western medicine treatment group, a total of 42 cases 42 eyes. The total effective rate: 91.8% in Western medicine group, Western medicine group was 66.6%. Outpatient follow-up for six months to one year, 33 eyes of Chinese and Western patients 13 cases of recurrence, accounting for 39.4%, 22 cases of Western medicine group of recurrence in 19 eyes, accounting for 86.4%, suggesting that the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment is better than Western medicine alone.
