目的 探讨支架型人工血管腔内搭桥术治疗降主动脉瘤的临床应用价值。方法 术前精确测量动脉瘤近、远端颈部血管内径及瘤体长度 ,选择合适的支架型人工血管 ,在X线透视下经股动脉将支架放置在动脉瘤的恰当位置上 ,实现动脉瘤的腔内搭桥。结果 3例降主动脉瘤经腔内搭桥治疗后 ,瘤体即刻得到完全旷置 ,无重要并发症发生。随访 3~ 6个月效果满意。结论 支架型人工血管腔内搭桥治疗动脉瘤技术不失为一种可行的新方法 ,具有创伤小、恢复快、技术可靠的优点。远期疗效有待临床进一步观察。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of stent-graft for the treatment of descending aortic aneurysm. Methods The diameters of the proximal and distal cervical vessels and the length of the tumor were accurately measured before operation. The suitable scaffold-type artificial blood vessels were selected. The stent was placed on the proper position of the aneurysm through the femoral artery under X-ray. Cavity bypass. Results After 3 cases of descending aortic aneurysm were treated by endovascular graft bypass, the tumor was completely withdrawn immediately without any significant complications. Follow-up 3 to 6 months satisfactory results. Conclusions Stent-based intra-articular graft bypass grafting is an effective new method for the treatment of aneurysms. It has the advantages of less trauma, quicker recovery and reliable technique. Long-term efficacy remains to be further observed clinically.
