目的:研究猫低速弹颅脑伤后几个重要血液流变学指标的变化,探 索甘露醇和/或低分子右旋糖苷治疗对脑微循环的作用。方法:改良Carey法制作 猫CMW模型,将24只猫分为4组,即单纯创伤组(C组)、甘露醇治疗组(Man组)。 低右组(Dex组)和甘露醇+低右治疗组(M+ D组)。分别于伤前10min、伤后 30min、90min、4h、8h采静脉血栓测 ηb、ηp、PFC、HCT、ESR、AI和TK等。结果。 CMW后C组ηb、ηp、PFC等明显升高,TK下降,至8 h仍未恢复正常;Man或Dex均 可改善血液流变学特性,M+D治疗可较长时间改善血液流变特性。结论:建立的 动物模型稳定,低速弹颅脑伤后血液流变学各指标出现明显异常;单用Man或 Dex40治疗有效但作用时间短; M+ D治疗可长时间明显改善血液流变性。
Objective: To study the changes of several important hemorheological indexes after traumatic brain injury in cats and explore the effect of mannitol and / or low molecular weight dextran on brain microcirculation. Methods: The CMY model was made by modified Carey method. 24 cats were divided into 4 groups: simple trauma group (C group) and mannitol treatment group (Man group). Low right group (Dex group) and mannitol + low right group (M + D group). Venous thrombosis ηb, ηp, PFC, HCT, ESR, AI and TK were collected at 10 min, 30 min, 90 min, 4 h and 8 h after injury respectively. result. After CMW, ηb, ηp, PFC and so on in group C were significantly increased, TK decreased, and still not returned to normal after 8 h. Man or Dex could improve the hemorheology, and the treatment of M + D could improve the hemorheological properties for a long time. Conclusion: The established animal model is stable, and the indicators of hemorheology after traumatic brain injury are obviously abnormal. The treatment with Man or Dex40 alone is effective but the action time is short. M + D treatment can significantly improve the hemorrheological property for a long time.
