利用本组建立的可移植性瘤株小鼠前胃癌(FC)母系第139代,在近交系615小鼠爪垫皮下移植后,于4个不同间隔时间观察瘤细胞在局部侵袭及在肺和淋巴结内转移的情况.实验用近交系615小鼠32只,每只小鼠于右后肢爪垫皮下接种7.5×10~5个瘤细胞.实验分为4组,每组8只小鼠,分别于移植后第3、6,10和13 d分批处死动物,于小鼠肺、淋巴结及荷瘤后下肢取材,石蜡包埋.切片,HE染色,进行组织学观察.观察结果:移植后3d组,皮下肿瘤侵袭均为Ⅰ级(8/8),癌细胞开始增殖并向周围侵袭,间有核分
Using the transplantable tumor strain established in this group on the 139th generation of the mouse precancerous gastric (FC) maternal line, subcutaneously transplanted in the paw pad of the 615 inbred mouse, the local invasion and the lung were observed at 4 different intervals. Intra-lymphatic metastasis, 32 inbred 615 mice were used in the experiment, and each mouse was inoculated subcutaneously in the right hind paw pad with 7.5×10~5 tumor cells. The experiment was divided into 4 groups with 8 mice in each group. The animals were sacrificed on the 3rd, 6th, 10th, and 13th day after transplantation. The animals were obtained from the lungs, lymph nodes, and the lower limbs of the tumors. The paraffin-embedded sections were sectioned and HE stained for histological observation. Observations: Transplantation In the third 3d group, subcutaneous tumors were grade I (8/8) invasive, and the cancer cells began to proliferate and invade into the surrounding area with nuclear division.
