企业的核心竞争力代表了企业可持续发展的动力。企业在经营管理过程中,所实施的人力资源管理、行政管理、财务管理,以及所开展的业务项目等都会对企业的核心竞争力产生影响。随着工程建设行业发展步伐的加快,市场上兴起了很多的监理企业,这些企业主要以第三方的身份参与工程项目建设管理,监督施工单位的施工活动,为工程业主方服务,对于监理企业来说,核心竞争力主要由企业文化、人才结构、企业管理、经济实力、项目成果等几个部分构成,所以,要提升企业的核心竞争力,就必须从这几个方面入手。
