目的观察阻抗微分心动图(impedance cardiography,ICG)监测法指导下靶向药物治疗老年慢性心功能不全的疗效。方法将60例老年心功能不全患者随机分为ICG组和经验组,每组30例患者,应用无创血流动力学检测仪测定60例患者的各项指标,ICG组根据检测结果进行靶向治疗,经验组根据医师的经验选择药物治疗。2月后,对比2组患者治疗前、后的各项指标,并进行分析。结果心输出量(cardiac output,CO)、每搏输出量(stroke volume,SV)、每搏外周阻力(stroke surround vascular resistance,SSVR)、射血前期(preejection period,PEP)、射血收缩指数(ejection contraction index,EPCI)、变力状态指数(inotropic state index,ISI)之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用ICG指导下靶向药物可以提高老年心功能不全的治疗效果。
Objective To observe the curative effect of targeted drugs on senile chronic heart failure under the guidance of impedance cardiography (ICG) monitoring. Methods Sixty elderly patients with cardiac insufficiency were randomly divided into ICG group and experience group, with 30 patients in each group. The indexes of 60 patients were determined by noninvasive hemodynamic analyzer. The ICG group was targeted therapy according to the test results , Experience group according to the physician’s experience choose drug treatment. After 2 months, compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of the indicators, and analysis. Results Cardiac output (CO), stroke volume (SV), stroke surround vascular resistance (SSVR), preejection period (PEP), ejection index ejection contraction index (EPCI) and inotropic state index (ISI) were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The use of ICG-directed drug can improve the therapeutic effect of heart failure in elderly patients.
