目的:研究雷公藤多甙(TⅡ)在眼科的抗增殖作用。方法:20只白兔(40只眼)随机分为0.03%雷公藤多甙0.05ml实验组、0.9%生理盐水0.05ml对照组、0.02%丝裂霉素C 0.05ml对照组,分别行常规小梁切除术,术中1次性使用相应药物,术后30天观察滤过泡、角膜、前房、眼压变化、滤过功能情况,做HE染色光镜观察。结果:0.03%雷公藤多甙0.05ml实验组眼压控制理想,与0.9%生理盐水0.05ml对照组比较有明显差异(T=4.73,P<0.05),滤过泡形成率高,滤过功能良好,而与0.02%丝裂霉素C0.05ml比较,雷公藤多甙实验组并发症少,副作用小。在光镜下,0.03%雷公藤多甙0.05ml实验组可见其巩膜面的增生组织排列整齐,滤过道保持开放。结论:雷公藤多甙在眼科具有抗增殖作用,副作用较小。
Objective: To study the anti-proliferative effects of tripterygium wilfordii glycosides (TII) in ophthalmology. Methods: Twenty rabbits (40 eyes) were randomly divided into 0.03% Tripterygium wilfordii 0.05ml experimental group, 0.9% saline 0.05ml control group and 0.02% mitomycin C 0.05ml control group, Beam resection, intraoperative one-time use of the corresponding drugs, observed 30 days after filtration bleb, cornea, anterior chamber, intraocular pressure changes, filtration function, do HE staining light microscopy. Results: The intraocular pressure (IOP) control of 0.03% Tripterygium wilfordii 0.05 ml experimental group was significantly different from that of 0.9% saline 0.05 ml control group (T = 4.73, P <0.05) Good, and compared with 0.02% mitomycin C0.05ml, tripterygium glycosides experimental group less complications, side effects. Under the light microscope, 0.03% tripterygium glycosides 0.05ml experimental group shows its scleral surface hyperplasia arranged in neat rows, filtration tract remain open. Conclusion: Tripterygium glycosides have antiproliferative effects in ophthalmology with less side effects.
