为了提高高氯酸铵(AP)/端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)底排推进剂的力学性能,在原始AP/HTPB底排推进剂配方中添加质量分数分别为0.3%和0.5%的2 mm短切碳纤维。对含短切碳纤维的AP/HTPB底排推进剂进行静态单轴拉伸、压缩性能实验。用扫描电镜(SEM)进行试件断裂面微观分析。实验结果表明:添加质量分数为0.3%和0.5%的2 mm碳纤维的AP/HTPB底排推进剂的拉伸强度分别提高了11.7%和33.0%,压缩强度分别提高2.1%和7.8%。短切碳纤维分布在HTPB基体中。短切碳纤维与HTPB基体的黏结性能良好。新型含短切碳纤维的AP/HTPB底排推进剂的破坏主要由AP颗粒脱粘引发。短切碳纤维对HTPB基体中微裂纹的发展有抑制作用。显示短切碳纤维是良好的AP/HTPB底排推进剂的增强体。
In order to improve the mechanical properties of ammonium perchlorate (AP) / hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) bottom propellant, 0.3% and 0.5% of the original AP / HTPB propellant formulation were added mm chopped carbon fiber. The uniaxial tensile and compressive properties of AP / HTPB bottom propellant with chopped carbon fiber were tested. The microstructure of the fracture surface of the specimen was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experimental results show that the tensile strength of AP / HTPB bottom propellant with mass fraction of 0.3% and 0.5% of 2 mm carbon fiber increases by 11.7% and 33.0% respectively, and the compressive strength increases by 2.1% and 7.8% respectively. Chopped carbon fibers are distributed in the HTPB matrix. Bonding properties of chopped carbon fiber and HTPB substrate are good. The destruction of the new AP / HTPB bottom propellant containing chopped carbon fibers is mainly caused by the debonding of AP particles. Chopped carbon fibers have an inhibitory effect on the development of microcracks in the HTPB matrix. Chopped carbon fibers are shown to be a good reinforcement for AP / HTPB bottom-row propellants.
