二乙氨基乙醇-亚硫酸钠法是检测废水中TNT灵敏度较高的化学分析法。我们发现在此基础上加入氯化十六烷基吡啶等阳离子表面活性剂后,有明显的增色效应,灵敏度提高了二倍半。经我们对此机理的初步研究认为,这不是表面活性剂的单个的一些分子起作用,而是阳离子型表面活性剂对磺酸型阴离子的增溶作用。图1为其示意图。对此,我们弃去了原方法中的二乙氨基乙醇试剂,重新制订了氯化十六烷基吡啶分光光度法。
The diethylaminoethanol-sodium sulfite method is a chemical assay for the high sensitivity of TNT in wastewater. We found that based on the addition of cetyl pyridinium chloride and other cationic surfactants, there is a significant enhancement effect, sensitivity increased by two and a half. Our preliminary study of this mechanism argues that this is not a single molecule for the surfactant but rather a solubilizing action of the cationic surfactant on the sulfonate anion. Figure 1 is a schematic view. In this regard, we discarded the original method of diethylaminoethanol reagent, re-enacted cetyl pyridinium chloride spectrophotometry.
