随着我国家具卖场实力的不断增强,家具零售企业经营自有品牌成为了未来家具市场的发展趋势之一。这一独特的家具零售营销模式通过对上游资源的有效整合,更大程度的满足了市场需要,发挥着流通环节的竞争优势。但并不是所有的家具零售商都有能力,适于经营自有品牌。只有当家具零售商具备了一定的规模,对上游资源具有一定的掌控能力等条件下,才适于通过自有品牌的经营,实现家具卖场有效的连锁扩张。
