为了达到获得较大利益、花费较低成本、承担较小风险的目的,针对燃煤供应商选择问题,提出了一种基于网络层次分析法和理想点法相结合的燃煤供应商选择方法。首先构建了包含4个一级指标、12个二级指标的燃煤供应商选择的评价指标体系,并分析了指标间的相互关系,建立了燃煤供应商选择的网络结构模型,采用网络层次分析法建立了网络评估模型,并运用Super Decision软件进行计算,得到各指标的权重。由于ANP方法主观依赖性较强,故采用TOPSIS法进行改进,最后以聊城电厂的燃煤供应商选择为实例进行分析,结果表明基于ANP/TOPSIS的燃煤供应商优化选择模型是有效的。
In order to achieve greater benefits, lower costs and less risk, aiming at coal supplier selection, a coal supplier selection method based on AHP and ideal point method is proposed. First of all, the evaluation index system of coal supplier selection including 4 first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators is constructed, and the interrelationships among the indicators are analyzed. The network structure model selected by the coal supplier is established, and the network hierarchy Analytical method to establish a network assessment model, and use the Super Decision software to calculate the weight of each indicator. Because of the subjective dependence of ANP method, TOPSIS method is used to improve it. Finally, the coal supplier selection in Liaocheng Power Plant is taken as an example to analyze. The results show that the optimal selection model of coal supplier based on ANP / TOPSIS is effective.
