从甘蓝型油菜黄褐籽品系3-63-4-5-1与埃塞俄比亚芥黄籽品种Dodola种间杂交组合选得甘蓝型油菜黄籽新种质91I1045。种子形态、种皮解剖结构、农艺及品质性状比较分析结果表明,91I1045具有埃塞俄比亚芥亲本Dodola的某些典型性状特征。其种子呈椭圆形,种皮结构中表皮、亚表皮细胞发育良好,栅栏层细胞结构整齐,排列紧密;植株分枝性强,一次分枝18个,二次分枝34个;单株角果多,平均为598.3个。这些性状均与Dodola相似。但91I1045植株的叶片形态、种皮比率、种子各部含油量等性状均为其双亲的平均值;植株生长发育的基本特性属甘蓝型油菜类型。细胞学研究结果,91I1045体细胞染色体数(2n=38)与甘蓝型油菜体细胞染色体数相等。花粉母细胞减数分裂中期,它的染色体配对构型为0.05Ⅳ+0.00Ⅲ+18.72Ⅱ+0.37Ⅰ。较高的二价体产生频率表明,91I1045已在染色体数目及染色体间相互关系上实现某种平衡,渗入的Dodola的遗传物质对其影响较小
A new germplasm 91I1045 was screened from a cross between the Brassica napus cultivar, “Huangyan”, line “3-63-4-5-1” and the Ethiopian mustard seed, “Dodola”. The comparative analysis of seed morphology, seed coat anatomy, agronomic and quality traits showed that 91I1045 had some typical traits of Ethiopian mustard Dodola. The seeds were oval, the epidermis and subepidermal cells in the seed coat structure developed well, and the cells in the barrier layer were neat and arranged closely. The branches were strong, with 18 branches once and 34 branches twice. More, with an average of 598.3. These traits are similar to Dodola. However, leaf shape, seed coat ratio, seed oil content and other traits of 91I1045 were the average of their parents. The basic characteristics of plant growth and development were the Brassica napus type. Cytological results, 91I1045 somatic chromosome number (2n = 38) and the Brassica napus somatic chromosome number equal. Pollen mother cell metaphase metaphase, its chromosome matching configuration 0.05 Ⅳ + 0.00 Ⅲ +18.72 Ⅱ 0.37 Ⅰ. The higher frequency of bivalent production suggests that 91I1045 has achieved some balance in the number of chromosomes and the interrelationship between chromosomes, with Dodola’s genetic material infiltrated less affected
