智能电网具有明显的低碳特性。研究我国智能电网实现低碳效益的具体路径,对引导智能电网促进电力系统低碳化发展具有重要意义。首先,阐述了我国智能电网的发展模式及其支撑体系,重点研究了智能电网技术支撑体系。其次,界定了智能电网低碳效益的定义和内涵。然后,基于智能电网的技术支撑体系和低碳效益内涵,分析了我国智能电网低碳效益的实现路径,提出了基于“清洁发电”、“降低损耗”、“负荷整形”和“终端节电减排”的4条具体路径。在此基础上,绘制了智能电网实现低碳效益的总体路线,为我国智能电网促进低碳的建设与发展提供参考。
Smart grid has obvious low-carbon characteristics. To study the specific ways of realizing low-carbon efficiency in China’s smart grid is of great significance to guide the smart grid to promote the low-carbon development of the power system. First, it expounds the development model and supporting system of China’s smart grid, and focuses on the smart grid technical support system. Second, define the definition and connotation of low carbon efficiency of smart grid.
