调查483位农民工的身份认同情况,呈现较明显的双重认同,其中66.7%的更认同农民身份,19.7%的更认同工人身份,而13.7%的人表示说不清。在社会认同理论、工作投入相关理论的基础上,构建农民工身份认同、组织支持感与工作投入的理论模型,并通过结构方程建模进行验证发现:工人身份认同和农民身份认同程度都对工作投入有正向影响,但组织支持感仅在工人身份认同和员工工作投入间起部分中介作用,说明农民身份认同较强的农民工难以感受到企业组织支持的作用,这是企业在提升农民工工作投入水平时需要解决的重点问题。
Among the 483 migrant workers surveyed, the identities of the migrant workers were more clearly identified. Among them, 66.7% of them more agree with the identities of farmers and 19.7% more agree with the identities of workers, while 13.7% said they did not know. Based on the theory of social identity and work input, this paper constructs a theoretical model of identity recognition, organizational support and job involvement of migrant workers and verifies them through modeling of structural equation. It finds that both worker identity and peasant identity agree with each other The input has a positive impact, but the sense of organizational support only plays an intermediary role between worker identification and employee input. It shows that the peasant workers with strong peasant identity can hardly feel the function of enterprise organization support. The key issues that need to be addressed when working at level.
