针对地铁项目土建工程招标阶段投资控制相关内容进行分析,提出了地铁项目土建工程招标阶段投资控制,主要内容有:系统性、复杂性、动态性。结合这些内容,阐述了地铁投资控制模式。最后,总结了地铁项目土建投资控制关键环节,主要内容有前期专项投资,计量支付,变更和洽商等几部分内容。希望通过对这些内容的分析,为地铁项目土建工程招标阶段的投资控制工作提供一定帮助。
According to the analysis of investment control in the civil engineering bidding process of subway project, this paper puts forward the investment control in the bidding stage of civil engineering of subway project. The main contents are as follows: system, complexity and dynamic. Combined with these contents, elaborated the subway investment control pattern. Finally, the key aspects of civil engineering investment control of subway project are summarized. The main contents include the special investment in the previous period, the payment, alteration and negotiation. It is hoped that through the analysis of these contents, it will be helpful to the investment control in the bidding stage of the civil works of the subway project.
