在水利工程施工中,浇筑断面尺寸较大而空心的桩、柱,梁及涵洞等钢筋混凝土结构,多采用木模或钢管模。现在推荐给你一种新型的施工方法——充气橡胶芯模。充气橡胶芯模是采用两层橡胶夹一层尼龙布,按所需形状经过裁剪、粘贴、硫化等过程加工制成的气袋芯模。施工时经充气即可使用。制做这种芯模很简单,只需提供直径及有效长度即可。也可根据施工要求做成异型截面,即用橡胶套套在两个或三个圆筒外,做成需要形状。施工主要工具为一台小型空气压缩机、气压表、滑轮及三角支架。其具体施工方法: 1、入模。在预制构件或浇筑件需水平放置时,可用绳牵引芯模穿入钢筋笼内。在浇筑桩、柱等需垂直放置时,可用三角支架及滑轮将芯模提至一定高度
