本文主要论述了农村小学体育教学有效性的提高的对策,本人通过长期的小学体育教学实践总结如下对策:更新教学理念,树立健康第一指导思想,强调教学的有效性;加强教学督导和管理,强调教育教学过程的规范性;加大经费投入,改善农村小学体育教育教学条件;增加小学体育教师外出进修和学习的机会,进一步提高专业知识和技能。
This paper mainly discusses the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of PE teaching in rural primary schools. I summed up the following countermeasures through the long-term PE teaching practice in primary schools: updating the teaching concept, establishing the first guiding ideology of health and emphasizing the effectiveness of teaching; strengthening teaching supervision and management, Emphasize the normative nature of education and teaching process; increase financial input, improve teaching conditions of physical education in primary schools in rural areas; increase opportunities for elementary school physical education teachers to go out for further studies and study to further enhance professional knowledge and skills.
